My story

My name is William and I used to be a very unhealthy person. When I was in my 20’s I used to eat mostly very unhealthy foods and drinks and didn’t exercise and I was like 60 pounds overweight. I didn’t look or feel good at all.

Then, I started to exercise, changed to a healthier diet and supplemented my diet with supplements and my life changed for the better losing 60 pounds and feeling better in everyway.

Why I want to help people

I want to help as many people as I can to change their lives from unhealthy to a more healthy abundant life.

The people of America overall are some of the most unhealthy people in the world, primarily through the (S.A.D) diet, standard American diet. Fast food, Junk food, snacks, lack of fiber, lack of water, etc…

The goal of this website is to help as many people as possible to change their lives from unhealthy to very healthy through the use of high quality supplements, diet, and exercise…

You can be healthy again…

The goal of this website is to encourage you that if you are having health issues, you can change them for the better through better choices in your eating, exercise and supplements.

I will be teaching you here about many different supplements and their benefits to your overall health.

The soils of America are so depleted from overfarming and pesticides we don’t get the proper nutrients we need for good health anymore through food only, so we need to supplement to get our necessary nutrients.

If you ever need a hand or have any questions, feel free to leave them below and I will be more than happy to help you out.

    Thanks for all this great information.
    What is the best time to take these supplements? All the morning? Is it better to take some at lunch or dinner? Also, which of these supplements can be combined and which ones should we take separately?

    • Hi Liz,
      I did respond to you several days ago – I’m not sure why you didn’t get that…

      Anyway, Reishi is best on empty stomach before breakfast and lunch. Same with Rhodiola. Collagen is good anytime with meals. CBD Hemp is good anytime but it helps with sleep at bedtime.
      There are many supplements here so if you have a question about a certain one please specify…
